Though small in comparison to what I thought I'd be receiving. this bin actually works really well for keeping my daughter's nick knacks organized and clean. She really likes the size more-so than me, as I guess it's a girl thing, as my daughter put it.So to conclude, be aware of the sizing if you think you need a large storage bin, as this is fairly small. However, if your looking for a creative storage solution for your children's desk, closet, or designated work area then perhaps multiples of this item will surely work for your desired needs.
I'll start with the pros! Pretty, shiny gold finish. Arrived perfectly intact. Great decorative piece. It can hold several small items or be used as a nice gift basket.Cons! This price is unbelievable. It's worth $1.25 at most. I see bigger ones than this that feel like the exact same quality at dollar stores all the time. Seriously overpriced! Cardboard?
Don't get me wrong, it is a cute box, but it is way smaller than I pictured. The price point is too much.The images on the product page make it look like they're a good size. They show the box stuffed with large products, but that isn't the reality. As you can see from my photos, about four books will fit, that's about it (and if they were hardcover, even less)The measurements given for the product are taken from the widest angle—the top, as you can see the box slops in.Overall, you can probably find a gold box cheaper and just a nice one here or at a craft store.
I’m using these to help corral my grandkids video game accessories. They are small but made of sturdy materials and should last. The gold color is bright and would be good for a holiday decoration.
